If the term, "mental health first aid" is a new one for you, there's an opportunity coming in May for you to learn more.

Mental health first aid is the ability to recognize signs in those around us that they might be in need of help with their mental health. This help can range from just needing someone to talk to, to referring that person to a mental health professional.

Training in mental health first aid is being hosted by Hannibal-LaGrange University May 8.
