The third annual Trivia Night sponsored by the Mark Twain Museum has been postponed. The fundraiser, which generates revenue for the ongoing renovations to the Becky Thatcher House, had been originally scheduled for October 5.

Mark Twain Boyhood Home and Museum Executive Director Henry Sweets says that the museum is looking to reschedule the fundraiser for sometime in January. "We're going to postpone that (Trivia Night), probably until right after the first of the year and we'll be getting announcements out about that...I would say probably mid-January when people are looking for an activity to get out of the house and do something indoors...Everyone that we had contacted with announcements about this one (the cancelled Trivia Night) will get an announcement about the one coming up in January." Sweets says that anyone that did not receive information on the original Trivia Night, but would like to be notified on the rescheduled date, is welcome to join the museum's mailing list."

Sweets says that the Mark Twain Museum has enjoyed the previous Trivia Nights, "They are a lot of fun. We try to pose questions that everyone can answer, and then some that very few will be able to answer."
