Mark Kirk to Return to U.S. Senate

Mark Kirk is ready to return to the U.S. Senate. The Illinois Republican who had a stroke about a year ago plans to climb the Capitol steps tomorrow but will use a cane and maybe a wheelchair while working a scaled-back schedule. Kirk says the stroke and his recovery have given him a renewed purpose and made him more religious.
