Luetkemeyer Assured List of Gun Permit Holders Never Used by a Federal Agency

Missouri Congressman Blaine Luetkemeyer says he's been assured by a top federal official that an electronic list of Missouri concealed gun permit holders was never was used by any federal agency. That comes after a federal investigator recently asked for and received a list containing the names of more than 160,000 people from the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
