Former Adams County Assistant State’s Attorney Curtis Lovelace is scheduled for arraignment today on first degree murder charges.

Lovelace is accused of killing 38-year-old Cory Lovelace on Valentines Day in 2006.
At the time of Cory Lovelace's death, a coroner's jury and autopsy ruled the cause undetermined. Lovelace was indicted in the death last month after a Quincy Police detective took another look at the case file and two pathologists who reviewed it concluded Cory Lovelace died of foul play.

Lovelace is in custody on five million dollars bond.
