Lawyers for Curtis Lovelace are granted access to a number of documents connected with Lovelace’s first degree murder case.

Judge Bob Hardwick granted a motion by defense attorneys Wednesday that documents pertaining to Cory Lovelace’s health history, her death and her autopsy be released.

The defense will also get a look at Quincy Police Department records in connection with the case, along with phone records from QPD Detective Adam Gibson.

Curtis Lovelace is accused to killing his wife, Cory Lovelace in February 2006.

His first trial ended in a hung jury earlier this year. Lovelace’s next court date is set for September 8th, with the retrial scheduled for October 24th.
