Loraine Man Charged Following Quincy Crash

A Loraine man faces several charges after he was found lying on the ground near 6th and Spring at 11:56 Wednesday night.
Quincy Police say 25 year old Jared Jung was checked by paramedics and arrested for manufacture or delivery of marijuana. Police say that shortly before Jung was found, 9-1-1 dispatch was notified of a traffic crash at 11th and Oak where a vehicle hit a retaining wall on Blessing Hospital property. Investigation of the crash led to additional charges against Jung. He is held in the Adams County Jail on the marijuana charge and for driving under the influence, leaving the scene of an accident, improper lane usage and possession of a controlled substance.
