A two-car crash in Lincoln County leaves two dead and two seriously injured. 

The Highway Patrol reports the crash happened on Highway 47 near Gerding Road at 6:35 p.m. Saturday. Troopers say an SUV driven by 42-year-old Shanna Cook of Millington, Tennessee crossed the center line and struck an oncoming van nearly head-on. The van was driven by 22-year-old Corey Mantia of Winfield.

Shanna Cook was pronounced dead at the scene. A passenger in the Mantia van, 1-year-old Parker Mantia also died at the scene. Both fatalities were pronounced by Lincoln County Coroner Kelly Walters.

Corey Mantia and another passenger, 21-year-old Destiny Mantia suffered serious injuries and were flown to Mercy Hospital in Creve Couer.

Troopers say Cook was not wearing a seat belt.
