A LaGrange man is in the Lewis County Jail on meth related charges.

According to Lewis County Sheriff David Parrish, a citizen complaint led deputies to a residence in LaGrange. A search revealed several drug related items.

As a result, 54 year old David Butler was arrested for possession of methamphetamine. A second man, 39 year old Matthew Porter of Quincy, was arrested for possession of marijuana.

Porter was issued a summons and released. Butler remains in the Lewis County Jail on $10,000 cash only bond.
