Over a half-century long fascination with the collecting of classic automobiles and all things pop culture culminates in the opening of Hannibal’s newest tourist attraction.
Karlock’s Kars and Pop Culture opens its doors to the public Saturday from noon to 8 p.m. in the former American Woodworking building at 114 South Third.

Steve and Sandy Karlock are the proprietors of the new attraction.
Of the thousands of items on display, Steve is justifiably proud of his classic car collection, but also takes a lot of pride in his accumulation of pop culture items.

When folks come to see all that is on display, Steve hopes they come away with a sense of history.

Saturday’s grand opening also features an outdoor car show by the Loafers Car Club.

Karlock’s Kars and Pop Culture will be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
