Kahoka Woman Arrested Following Tractor Theft Investigation

A Kahoka woman is charged after a tractor reported stolen in Clark County is recovered.
Clark County Sheriff’s deputies say in a Facebook post that 27 year old Kelsey Yates is held in the Clark County Jail following an investigation into the theft. The tractor was reported stolen on December 11th. The tractor was recovered on February 12th. A felony arrest warrant was issued in Clark County last week for Yates charging her with stealing over$25,000 and possession of methamphetamine. Bond for Yates is set at $35,000 cash only.
