JWCC Hosting Zombie Obstacle Run

John Wood Community College in Quincy will be holding a "Zombie Obstacle Run" on Saturday, October 24.

The run will cover three miles and will include eight obstacles. Participants can take part either dressed as zombies or as themselves.

Registrations costs $40 if you sign up by October 10, and $50 after that date. Registration as a zombie will include a zombie face makeover, a tech t-shirt and the apocalypse after party. Registration as yourself includes a tech t-shirt, finisher medal and the after party. Registration forms are available online.

The apocalypse after party will feature live music, barbecue and non-alcoholic drinks.

Proceeds from the event will benefit JWCC's Student Government Association and JDubs Academy scholarships for youth. The run is sponsored by John Wood Community College and endorsed by Heartland Road Runners and Walkers Club.
