Judge Change Requested in Wiltermood and Studer Murder Cases

(HANNIBAL)—Both men charged in the murder of an Abel's gas station clerk in Hannibal are asking for a change in judge in their cases.

Gary Wiltermood entered his request for a change in judge in his case during a Monday court appearance in Hannibal. The requests go to the Missouri courts administrator office. Michael Studer filed a similar request last month.

Studer and Wiltermood are charged with second-degree murder in the Oct. 8 shooting death of 61-year-old Adrienne Arnett.
