Quincy Police are investigating a jewelry store robbery.

Police were called around 9 p-m Tuesday for a robbery at Zales in the Quincy Mall. Police were told the suspects left the area in a black SUV. Officers viewed surveillance video and interviewed store employees. Police say two black males entered the store and asked to look at diamond stud earrings. When the employee removed earrings from the display case… the suspects forcibly removed four pair of earrings from the employee’s hands. A black SUV believed to be occupied by those involved was seen heading north on 36th Street.  All 5 people involved appeared to be in their early to mid 20s.
