Jesse Jackson Junior today told a judge he's "never been more clear" in his life in his decision to plead guilty to criminal charges. The former Chicago congressman admitted scheming to spend $750,000 in campaign cash on personal items, including a pricey watch and sports and entertainment memorabilia. He faces 46 to 57 months in prison.
