One trial date was set Thursday, with another trial date to be put on the calendar Friday for a total of five charges facing a Hannibal man.

36 year old Jason Coulter appeared via videoconference in Marion County Court Thursday, and Judge Christina Mennemeyer set February 8th for a jury trial for possession of a controlled substance.

Coulter is back in court Friday, with a trial date to be set on charges of violation of an order of protection, domestic assault, first degree burglary and second degree property damage.

The charges resulted from an incident last February, allegedly involving Coulter and his estranged spouse.

Coulter is in the Marion County Jail on a total of $95,000 bond.
