Investigation Continues Into Body Found in Rural Liberty

An investigation continues in connection with the discovery of a body in rural Liberty Sunday afternoon.

Adams County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a report of an open door at a building in the area of N 650th Avenue and E 1800th Street about 4:45 p.m. Sunday.

Deputies found the body of a 24 year old man in one of the buildings on the property.

The man was pronounced dead at the scene by Adams County Coroner James Keller.

The man’s name is being withheld pending notification of family.
