Illinois State Police January Activity Report

Illinois State Police District 20 officers report working 28 traffic crashes in western Illinois during January.

Troopers also report a dozen alcohol related arrests including 10 arrests for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Illinois State Police report making 15 criminal arrests in the five counties covered by District 20 during January.  Troopers responded to a total of 785 requests for service including 66 calls for vehicles disabled or in need of assistance on area highways.
