Illinois Senate Approves Millions for Road Work & Child Abuse Investigators

Illinois senators have sent Governor Pat Quinn a bill providing hundreds of millions of dollars for road work and money for more child-abuse investigators. The supplemental appropriation will help parts of state government running short of money halfway through their budget year.
