SPRINGFIELD, Ill. (AP) - Illinois lawmakers have approved a concealed-carry gun measure. The House and Senate both passed the measure today and it now goes to Governor Pat Quinn. A federal appeals court had ordered the Legislature to drop the state's concealed gun ban by June 9th. Existing local firearms ordinances can stay in place.
