HLGU Makes ‘Military Friendly’ Schools List

A media company that works to help veterans with educational and employment opportunities has recognized a local university.

In a press release from Hannibal-LaGrange University, they announce the school has made Victory Media’s Military Friendly Schools List for 2017.

Each year, the list of over 1,200 school nationwide is provided to service members and their families, helping them select the best college, university or trade school to receive the education and training needed to pursue a civilian career.

The designation is based on a school’s ability to meet thresholds for student retention, graduation, job placement, loan repayment and loan default rates.
