LEXINGTON, Ky. (AP) - Julius Mays' eight points in overtime, including four clinching free throws in the final 33 seconds, helped Kentucky get the important victory it needed to bolster its NCAA tournament chances, beating Missouri 90-83 Saturday night.

Baseball-Spring Training

JUPITER, Fla. (AP) - Giancarlo Stanton drove in two runs to lead the Miami Marlins past the St. Louis Cardinals 8-3 yesterday in the Grapefruit League opener for both teams. David Freese hit a solo homer off John Maine with one out in the second inning in Jupiter, Florida. St. Louis starter Trevor Rosenthal gave up four runs and five hits in two innings. He walked two over two innings.

We’ll have spring training baseball on the air just after 12 noon Sunday, as the Cardinals take on the Red Sox on Newstalk 1070 khmo.
