HANNIBAL -- A Hannibal man facing felony charges after he was shot by Marion County sheriff's deputies last month had a formal reading of his charges postponed Friday.
43 year old Theodore "Ted" Rupp appeared briefly in Marion County associate circuit court via video from the Marion County Jail.
His arraignment was postponed one week, to April 20.
Rupp was arrested Monday on one charge each of assault on a law enforcement officer and unlawful use of a weapon.
