Harold Smith to Return as News Director in November

KHMO General Manager Ed Foxall has announced that former News Director and Program Director Harold Smith will return to the station in November.Harold has been working as news director with a group of radio stations in Branson, MO, but will be moving back home and returning to his former position as News Director for KHMO, KICK-FM, Y-101 and WLIQ, as well as Brand Manager for KHMO.

In addition to hosting KHMO's Talk Back and Trading Post programs, Harold will contribute newscasts on air and online, and call play-by-play for locally produced sportscasts. Behind the scenes, he will make sure everything that is supposed to be on the air is on the air, when it should be on the air.

In addition to KHMO, Harold has held positions with KZRK in Branson, KPCR in Bowling Green, WBBA in Pittsfield and KDAM in Monroe City. He's also worked in WLDS/WEAI Jacksonville, IL.
