Marion County Prosecutor David Clayton identifies a man charged after an incident on a Hannibal store parking lot early this week.

Clayton says Guadalupe Conception Juarez-Ochoa faces Class A misdemeanor charges of harassment. A statement from Clayton’s office says witness statements indicate the defendant never actually exposed himself as previously reported in the media. Clayton says that based on witness statements… harassment is the most serious offense he is allowed to charge against Juarez-Ochoa.

Clayton also says his office is in constant contact with law enforcement over concerns about an individual who approached children at a bus stop in Hannibal and that Juarez-Ochoa appears to have a solid alibi which makes it impossible for him to be that person.
