Hannibal’s Flood Gates Coming Out

Hannibal’s flood gates will be removed Monday morning. Hannibal Emergency Management Director John Hark says work will start at 7:30 Monday morning. The riverfront area will remain closed for part of the day for work crews to do cleanup and debris removal.
