Hannibal Woman Arrested on Shoplifting and Obstruction Charges

A Hannibal woman faces multiple charges following a shoplifting arrest in Quincy.
Quincy Police arrested a woman at a store in the 3200 block of Broadway early Thursday afternoon who identified herself as Lori Thomas. She was arrested for felony retail theft and taken to the Adams County Jail. Police say information provided to them today (FRI) shows that the woman is actually Tina Woodson of Hannibal. Police say Woodson now faces additional charges of obstructing justice for providing false information during the investigation.
