On Saturday, November 16, 2013, the Northeast Missouri Narcotics Task Force served a search warrant at 218A North 4th Street, Hannibal, Marion County, Missouri. This is the residence of June Hornak and Kenneth D. Tyberg.

During the search warrant, marijuana packaged for sale, synthetic marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and U.S. Currency was found. Items believed to be stolen from a truck in Hannibal on Friday, November 15, 2013 were also recovered at the scene. The discovery of these items helped lead to the arrest of Jason Stamper. He was arrested by the Hannibal Police Department.

Tyberg and Hornak were taken to the Marion County Sheriff’s Department. On Sunday, November 17, 2013, the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office charged Tyberg and Hornak with a Class B Felony of Possession with Intent to Distribute. Marion County Associate Circuit Judge John Jackson issued a warrant for both subjects with a bond of $100,000 cash only.

The Task Force was assisted by the Marion County Sheriff’s Department and the Missouri State Highway Patrol. Both suspects remain in the Marion County Jail.
All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

June Hornak: white female; DOB: 12/16/77; 35 YOA; 218A North 4th Street, Hannibal, Missouri; charged with Class B Felony Possession with Intent to Distribute
