(HANNIBAL)—Downtown Hannibal and much of the area east of Grand was without power for 30 to 40 minutes early this morning. Electricity went out around 3:30 a-m.

Power was restored south of Broadway at 4 a-m with other areas restored by around 4:10. The outage included Mark Twain Avenue and lighting on the Mark Twain Memorial Bridge.

There's no word at this time on the cause.
