Hannibal Police narcotics detectives served a search warrant in the 900 block of Georgia Street last Thursday. The search revealed several items used in the distribution of narcotics, drug paraphernalia and marijuana.

The items were seized and 18-year-old Nicholas Riley of Hannibal was taken into custody for possession of drug paraphernalia and distribution of a controlled substance.

Information from that search led officers to a hotel room in the 600 block of Mark Twain Avenue. A search of the hotel room led to the discovery of more narcotics related materials and the arrests of 17-year-old Selest Jensen and 22-year-old Dylan O’Brien, both of Hannibal for distribution of a controlled substance.

Riley and Jensen were released pending the issuing of warrants. O’Brien was placed on a 24 hour hold at the Marion County Jail.
