Hannibal Police Arrest Two on Drug Charges

An ongoing drug investigation results in two arrests on drug charges.
Hannibal Police say use of a search warrant Sunday in the 2200 block of Spruce resulted in the discovery of a large quantity of heroin, some methamphetamine and cocaine. Officers arrested 41 year old Nicole Fernando of Hannibal and 43 year old Sherry Harper of St. Peters Missouri. Fernando was charged with possession and delivery of a controlled substance, tampering with physical evidence and assault. Fernando is in the Marion County Jail on $100,000 bond. Harper was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and released pending charges.
