A Hannibal man pleads not guilty Wednesday to a variety of drug related charges in Adams County Circuit Court.

37 year old Anthony Hutton was indicted last month on charges of methamphetamine trafficking, possession with intent to deliver meth, unlawful possession with intent to deliver hydrocodone and oxycodone.

Hutton was arrested May 8th by West Central Illinois Task Force officers near the 900 block of Jefferson in Quincy, after a traffic stop and a brief foot chase.

Hutton will be back in court July 18th for a status hearing. He is in the Adams County Jail on $100,000 bond.

A passenger in the car Hutton was driving, Darlene Elles of Benton City, Missouri, was also indicted on trafficking and possession charges. She is in the Adams County Jail on $150,000 bond.
