Hannibal Man Charged with Burglary and Domestic Assault

A Hannibal man faces burglary and felony domestic assault charges following his arrest over the weekend.
Marion County Prosecutor David Clayton says Matthew Warfield is charged following a disturbance at a residence in the 200 block of Munger Lane Saturday afternoon. Police reports indicate Warfield forced his way into the residence through a locked door and choked the female victim. Warfield was arrested without incident as he left the area on foot and was taken to the Marion County Jail.
