Charges are filed in Marion County Circuit Court following the arrest of a Hannibal man this week.
Marion County Prosecuting Attorney David Clayton charges 35 year old Samuel Workman with trafficking a controlled substance in the second degree following use of a search warrant at 1300 Union earlier this week. Use of the warrant resulted in the discovery of methamphetamine… meth paraphernalia and over 58-hundred dollars in cash. Clayton says Workman is a prior and persistent drug offender and could face prison terms ranging from ten years to thirty years or up to life in prison if found guilty.
