Hannibal Man Arrested For Burglary
On Sunday, August 2, officers of the Hannibal Police Department arrested 18-year-old Curtis R. Miller of Hannibal, charging him with Burglary 1st Degree and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
The arrest is a result of an investigation into the burglary of Jimmy John's restaurant reported earlier Sunday morning. Curtis was placed in the Marion County Jail pending warrants.
On Monday August 3, a warrant was issued in the 10th Judicial Circuit Court charging Miller with Burglary 2nd Degree, a Class C felony. Millers bond is set at 25,000.00. He remains in the Marion County Jail.
A criminal charge is merely an allegation and the defendant is, of course, presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
