(HANNIBAL)---Hannibal fire investigators say a fire at 400 South 11th at 8:08 Wednesday evening is under investigation. Firefighters arrived to find smoke coming from the rear of the structure. A small fire in the basement was quickly extinguished with minimal damage. The unoccupied two story brick building is owned by the City of Hannibal and is a flood buy out property. Investigators term the blaze incendiary. Hannibal Police and Marion County Ambulance assisted at the scene.
