(HANNIBAL)—Hannibal’s City Council agenda for tonight includes swearing in of Roy Hark for another term as mayor.

Michael Dobson, Barry Louderman and Jamie Locke will be sworn in after being certified as winners of city council seats during the April election.

Agenda items for tonight include a request from the Mark Twain Museum for open consumption and sale of alcohol during the Music Under the Stars series this summer.

The Hannibal Jaycees will ask for street closures and a carnival fee waiver for National Tom Sawyer Days.

Council members will receive a request for street closures and alcohol sale and consumption for the Great Race on June 24.

Tonight’s meeting begins at 7 p.m.
