Hannibal City Council Meets Tonight

(HANNIBAL)—Hannibal’s City Council meets tonight. Among the agenda items is a request from the Historic Hannibal Marketing Council to request an ad hoc committee be created to better coordinate activities during the 4th of July holiday in Hannibal. City Manager Jeff LeGarce was scheduled to meet with a trapper Monday to discuss the city’s pigeon problems. A resignation letter from Councilman Richard Draper is also on the agenda. He says requirements of a new job make it difficult to give proper attention to his role on the city council.
