(HANNIBAL)—Handicap parking is on the agenda for the Hannibal City Council tonight. A proposed change in policy for a handicap spot in front of a residence is on tonight’s agenda.

The proposed change calls for anyone seeking a handicap spot to provide Hannibal’s Traffic Committee with a form signed by a doctor stating that there is a medical need. The new policy includes a 25 dollar charge. To be eligible, applicants would also have to be a full time resident of Hannibal and have limitations on the ability to walk at least 200 feet.
