Hannibal BPW Announces Leadership for New Wastewater Utility

The Hannibal Board of Public Works Monday announces the leadership team for its new stormwater utility.

The Hannibal City Council authorized the creation of the new utility in June.

At its September meeting, the BPW board named Mathew Munzlinger as Stormwater Department Supervisor. Munzlinger also holds the titles of Utility Planning and Construction Engineer and Sewer Collection Supervisor.

Andrea Campbell will serve as Stormwater Department Coordinator, with Joe Darnell named as Geographic Information Systems Technician for the Stormwater Department.

One of the department’s first jobs is to create a Stormwater Management Plan, to be submitted to the Missouri Department of Natural Resources by July 1st, 2018.
