Artists living within a 50-mile radius of Hannibal are invited to submit artwork for the next exhibit at the Hannibal Arts Council. AVIARY is an open show featuring all things birds – birds, nests, feathers, eggs, etc. Participating artists are challenged to create and submit original artwork that fits the specific theme.

Artwork may be dropped off at the Hannibal Arts Council on Monday, August 10 and Wednesday, August 12 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  Up to 3 pieces in any media category may be entered – 2D or 3D. Open to adults 18 years of age or older residing within a 50 mile radius of Hannibal and both professional and amateur artists. There is no fee to include piece(s) in the exhibit and no size restrictions. All works must be properly framed or ready for hanging.  Entries may be for sale.

A full exhibit description, registration form and artwork labels are available on the Gallery page of the Hannibal Arts Council’s website, hannibalarts.com.  For more information or questions regarding this and other HAC programs contact the Hannibal Arts Council at findit@hannibalarts.com or 573-221-6545.
