(TIMEWELL)-- A rural Timewell man is convicted of involuntary manslaughter in the shooting death of his wife.
A Brown County jury says 61-year-old David Dunn is guilty. The decision follows five and a half hours of deliberation.
Dunn was charged following the November 2010 shooting death of his wife-- 56-year-old Christine Dunn-- at the couple's travel trailer in Timewell. Originally, it was thought that Dunn and his wife were moving guns out of their house when she was shot and died. An indictment alleged Dunn acted in a reckless manner by discharging the rifle. He remains free on $150,000 bond pending his July sentencing.
