Frieden Gets Probation for Sprouts Inn Fire

(Quincy)--A Quincy teen charged with starting a small fire at the Sprouts Inn construction site gets 30 months probation.

Nineteen-year old Alex Frieden appeared at a sentencing hearing in Adams County Court Tuesday. He was also ordered to pay $2500 restitution and court costs.

The fire at the Sprouts Inn construction site was set March 31.  Frieden was arrested in connection with the crime in June.  He entered a guilty plea in September to the arson charges.
