Franklin Gets Prison Time for Locking Child in Basement

A Quincy woman gets prison time after pleading guilty to locking her child in a basement.

27-year-old Tricia Franklin was sentenced to two years in the Department of Corrections Wednesday. She pleaded guilty to unlawful restraint last month.

Franklin was accused last April of leaving her five year old son alone and locked in a basement.
