The pilot and three passengers escape injury when their twin engine private plane ran out of fuel while on approach to Quincy Regional Airport. Adams County Sheriff's deputies say the plane made a forced landing in a cut soybean field just northeast of the airport around 2:20 p-m.  Deputies say the four occupants of the plane were standing outside the aircraft when they arrived. The plane was en route from Florida to Quincy. The F-A-A will be investigating the incident.
