Four Now Face Charges in Southern Adams County Shooting

A total of four people now face charges in the shooting death of a girl in southern Adams County Friday.
Adams County Sheriff’s deputies say Shannon Combes of Quincy faces a charge of unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon following the incident. He is free on two thousand dollars bond. Melina Torres died Friday at Blessing Hospital in Quincy following the shooting south of Liberty. Her mother—Karen Torres is charged with obstruction of justice. Torres grandmother—49 year old Julie Roberts and uncle—32 year old Daniel Roberts also face charges following the shooting death.
