Four Meth Arrests on Church Street

Northeast Missouri Narcotics Task Force agents report four arrests following use of a search warrant Tuesday at 513 Church in Hannibal. Authorities report finding methamphetamine, marijuana, synthetic marijuana and drug paraphernalia in the house.

Arrested were two residents of that address: 49-year-old Elisha Davis and 52-year-old Michael Witherow. Two other Hannibal residents were arrested: 28-year-old Justin Nicholson and 26-year-old Andrea Fogle.

Davis was previously arrested by the task force in 1997 and found guilty of attempting to manufacture a controlled substance. Davis was released from prison last summer.
