Four Drug Arrests on Marion Street in Hannibal

Officers with the department’s Anti Crime Enforcement Squad used a search warrant in the 2800 block of Marion Street as part of an ongoing drug investigation. Officers found methamphetamine, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia. Police say 49 year old Terry Beadle and 33 year old Dexter Winningham were arrested for possession of meth, endangering the welfare of a child, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and on municipal warrants. 19 year old Tamara Winningham was arrested for endangering the welfare of a child, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. 26 year year old Scott Emery was arrested for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Beadle was taken to the Marion County Jail. Dexter and Tamara Winningham and Emery were released pending charges. Children in the home were placed with family members.
