Four Aggravated Home Repair Fraud Arrests in Adams County

Three Hannibal men and a Hunnewell man face aggravated home repair fraud charges following a complaint in the Liberty area.

The Adams County Sheriff’s department says the victim reported that individuals came to his residence and were hired to tar and chip a driveway. The victim was quoted a price of 11-hundred dollars and was charged 11-thosuand dollars.

Deputies located 61-year-old Victor Charlton, 44-year-old Raymond Wade and 18-year-old Gabriel Trujillo of Hannibal and 47-year-old Billy Charlton of Hunnewell at the east edge of Burton. They were taken to the Adams County Sheriff’s office for questioning and arrested. All four are free on bond.
