Foster Arrested on Theft Charges

A Quincy man was arrested Wednesday for stealing from his employer.    Quincy Police say they had been investigating 49 year old Michael Foster for about three months before making the arrest.
Foster is alleged to have taken between $10-thousand and $100-thousand dollars from S.J. Smith Company, formerly Central Welding Supply at 210 Spring Street.
